Logiks runs logiks.tech and sells Logiks OMR. For any privacy question, email [email protected].
What we never collect
Logiks OMR runs on your school's computers. Answer sheets, marks, class lists and student names stay there. We do not receive them.
What we collect
- Demo requests: your name, school, email, country, the plan you are interested in, your notes, and the time and time zone you chose.
- Invoice requests: school name, billing contact, email, billing address, country, and any tax number or purchase order number you add.
- Quote requests on our homepage: what you tell us about your project and how to reach you.
- Emails you send us.
- Licence records: your Paddle subscription ID, school name, plan, billing dates and whether the plan is active, so we can issue and renew licence keys.
Card numbers never reach us. Card payments are made on Paddle's checkout. Paddle shares with us what was bought, the buyer's email and country, and the status of the plan.
Why we use it
To answer you, run demos, send invoices, issue licence keys, provide support, and keep the records that tax law requires. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
- Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record for card payments, under its own privacy notice.
- Payoneer, for invoice payments.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and our licence server and may log IP addresses for security.
- Web3Forms, which delivers the forms on this site to our inbox.
- Google, which provides our email and the fonts on this site. Loading the fonts sends your IP address to Google.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Paddle's checkout may set its own cookies when you open it to pay.
How long we keep it
Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Licence records are kept while your plan is active and for as long as tax law requires afterwards. Other enquiries are deleted within two years if they do not lead to a plan.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Some records, such as invoices, must be kept for tax reasons.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, for customers, email you.
